Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wepack. Please review the details below to understand how we process and deliver your order, especially for custom-printed products.

Order Processing Timeline

1. Design Sharing Once your order is placed, our design team will send you the design proof within 2 working days via WhatsApp/email for your review and approval.

2. Design Confirmation Please review the design carefully and confirm it at the earliest. Production will only begin once we receive your written confirmation (via WhatsApp or email) that the design is approved.

3. Dispatch After the design is confirmed, your product will be dispatched within 6 working days.

Note: The 2-day design timeline and 6-day dispatch timeline apply to standard order volumes. Delivery timelines are counted in working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) and do not include the time taken for the courier to deliver the package to your address.

Important Notes

  • Any delay in providing feedback or confirming your design will proportionately delay the dispatch of your order.

  • Please double-check all design details (spelling, names, dates, images) before confirming — once approved, the order moves into production and cannot be modified.

  • Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We ship across India. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier partner and is separate from our processing timeline above.

  • You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
